The story of a photographer
For me, wedding photography is a privilege and a personal service like no other;
Your wedding day will be an intimate, emotionally charged journey. Full of love, happiness and magic, and as your photographer, I could not be happier to share it with you.
Our journey together starts long before your big day, and during our initial consultation, an essential part of every package I offer.
For you, this is an opportunity to discuss your hopes and fears regarding your photography, ask any questions you may have and find out a little more about me in person. or me, it is an opportunity to learn what you like, and what you don't, answer any questions you may have, and help remove worries about being photographed.
If you have picked this option, our next step will be to book your engagement / pre-wedding photoshoot. The primary purpose of this is to help you relax in front of the camera and become comfortable working with me to achieve your dream images. You will leave the day with some fantastic photos. Still, more importantly, any lingering concern and worries will have evaporated during a fun-filled few hours.
From here and until your wedding day, I will be in regular contact, answering any questions you may have.

“Amazing photographer, would recommend in a heartbeat. Captured everything perfectly for our wedding. Amazing”
Come your wedding day, any fears and concerns will be long evaporated. Our time and conversations together will have built that most crucial bond, trust. We will have discussed what is important to you and planned how to tell the very unique and extraordinary story of your day.
Through our time together, I will have gotten to know you and learnt what makes you and your relationship unique. From this, I will understand better how your personalities are likely to shine through on your day.
Quiet and intimate, bold and brash or anything in between, knowing you will allow me to tell your story as you.
On your wedding day, my photography style is not from the outside in, using long lenses to capture your day from a distance. I like to mingle with your guest, introduce myself and talk to them. Just as I will have done with you, my aim is to dispel any myths and fears about being photographed. My goal is to capture your day from the inside out. This means that when you look back, the emotions you see will be meaningful and personal. The images you see, a true reflection of your day, filled with genuine joy and true personalities
My passionate goal is for you to look back at your photos as if they were your personal memories. Something that will take you back to the place and time so that you can live it all over again.
Away from my first love of wedding photography, travel comes a close second. In this respect, I have been extremely fortunate. Over the years, I have visited over 40 countries, In the north, I have reached as far as Murmansk & Russia within the Arctic circle & in the South as far as Australia. I have visited China, the US, Africa and Asia, yet my camera has never been too far away from hand. Project work is a way for me to occasionally step away from wedding photography and try something new and different. This is a way for me to step out of my comfort zone, to challenge myself as a photographer and keep learning. The work below is from several photography projects carried in the last 4 years, spanning my time in Thailand, Indonesia, Korea and Russia
